Hyundai's North American design team unveiled the HCD II ‘New Vision Utility' (NUVIS) concept at the New York Auto Show, the eleventh signature concept car to be designed at the company's California Design Center in Irvine, California. In addition to showcasing the brand's cutting-edge capabilities, Nuvis also hints at a possible design direction for a future-generation crossover, blending attributes of a tall urban car and a premium utility vehicle. On Thursday 8 May 2008, Lawrence Technological University (LTU) celebrated their Inaugural Transportation Design Freshmen Show at the school's campus in Southfield, Michigan. The Inaugural Show - sponsored Ford Motor Company - exhibited projects completed in a course of a single semester (15 weeks) from sketch to model by six freshman students. The brief was to develop a vehicle concept that utilized Ford's small vehicle platform in order to address environmental issues while attracting new customers.

It’s all quiet at Alfa, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to look at. The girls are of an even higher standard than those over the road at Fiat, while the 8C Spider – standing proud in pearl white amid a sea of red – and the recently revised 159 look stunning. We’ve seen the updated saloon and sportwagon a while back, but seeing it in the metal under the spotlights just reinforces how breathtakingly handsome it is.
